I Found the Fountain of Youth

My Definition of “The Fountain of Youth”

The Fountain of Youth is the legendary spring that has the power to make you young if you drink or bathe in its waters. This legend of eternal youth has captured the imagination for thousands of years. The Spanish explorer Ponce de Leon was searching for it in Florida in 1513. In the 1952 movie “Monkey Business,” staring Cary Grant and Marilyn Monroe, a potion, formulated by a monkey, was touted to make millions of dollars when it was thought to make people young again. People fantasize even today for the elixir from the Fountain of Youth that will allow them to stay young forever.

While other people are still looking for the mythical Fountain of Youth, I have found natural ways to make my forty-six year old body feel and look young again. I have found natural ways to heal myself from diseases and pain that I had for over 30 years. It was not an easy task. I worked very hard at it. I educated myself by researching books, articles and other credible resources.

It is my opinion that no matter how old you are, you can still feel and look young. And if you are only in your 20s or 30s, but you feel tired and sick all the time, you are already an old person. The Fountain of Youth is what we all are looking for, both young and old. Here is my definition of a person who has found the Fountain of Youth:

• Overall you look younger than your age and younger than your friends from high school.
• Your immunity is high and your body can overcome pathogens, viruses, bacterium, prion or fungus.
• You are full of energy, vibrancy and vitality.
• You exude happiness, are content, relaxed and feel secure. You wear a smile on your face and you have a positive attitude about life.
• You don’t get very sick. If you do catch a cold or flu, because your immunity is down, you heal in a short duration and with less severe symptoms. You don’t have major health problems like diabetes, heart disease and cancer, or less severe health problems such as gout, shingles, herpes or arthritis.
• You are not allergic to, nor have only minor allergic reactions to specific foods, environmental toxins, pollens, molds, mites or animal dander.
• Your body pH is slightly alkaline.
• You have energy all day long. You do not need to depend on caffeine or commercial energy drinks to wake you up in the morning, or to keep you going in the afternoon.
• You sleep soundly and peacefully without worries or nightmares. You don’t need to use sleeping pills or herbs to help you fall asleep.
• You are not overweight or obese. You have a flat tummy. (You don’t really need to have six-pack abs.)
• The skin on your face and body is smooth and shiny.
• You don’t need to take any prescription or non-prescription drugs. None of your body needs to have surgery. You only need to see a doctor for your annual health check-up, an emergency or an accident.
• You don’t need to see a psychiatrist or psychologist. You are free from stress and don’t have psychological or mental health problems.
• You have good eyesight. Your eyes are bright. No glaucoma, cataract, diabetic retinopathy or retinal detachment. If you have to wear eyeglasses, you don’t need to get a stronger prescription from the one you already have.
• You can hear well. No need to use a hearing aid.
• You do not have bad body odor, no bad breath and no smelly farts. You don’t have Candida overgrowth.
• Your blood is clean and it flows naturally. You don’t have varicose veins or blood clots.
• There is flexibility in your body. You can do martial arts and yoga with ease.
• You have good balance. You have good posture. You don’t slouch. You are not clumsy. You can move about freely. You have a bounce in your step. You can spin when you dance.
• No aches, pain, stiffness or numbness anywhere in your body.
• You don’t have excess mucus. Your nose is clean and no sinus problems. Your sense of smell is active and normal.
• Your respiratory system is normal. You don’t have a prolonged cough. No bronchitis. No acid reflux.
• Your muscle tone is like someone younger than your age.
• You have strong bones. Your bone density is at the level of a healthy young adult. You do not have osteoporosis or have bone fracture risk.
• Your nails are pink colored not pale, bluish or yellow. Your nails are not dry, brittle, cracked or split, and there are no dark lines beneath the nail.
• Your gums and teeth are strong. You don’t have gingivitis or other periodontal diseases. No need to have gum surgeries.
• No skin infection and no oozing pus. Your skin is not dry.
• Your hair shines and is smooth. It is strong with no split ends. Your hair does not turn grey prematurely and fall out, except if there is heredity of baldness in your family.
• Your bowel movements are regular and you may have bowel movements two to three times a day, but at least once a day.
• You have high libido.
• You have a normal appetite.
• You don’t need to take supplemental hormones to make you look younger.
• You don’t have yeast infections or fungus problems. There is no overgrowth of yeast or fungus in your body to cause you illness.
• You don’t feel lazy or tired. You want to accomplish things and move about.
• You don’t have a double chin, a triple chin or worse yet a quadruple chin.
• You have a good memory. You stay sharp, alert and are aware of what’s going on around you.
• You don’t have a dependence on certain foods, drinks, cigarettes or drugs. No cravings for junk food. You are not addicted to anything.
• You have endurance when you work, walk or do any forms of exercise.
• You have high metabolism.
• No obvious wrinkles, sagging skin, flabby arms or legs.
• No white coating on the tongue. Tongue is smooth, pink and healthy.

This is how I am feeling now that I found the Fountain of Youth. It’s an incredible feeling.

You may think that you’re feeling well because you’re not sick in bed, and you believe taking pills for symptoms or using stimulants to get yourself going is normal. If you lack three or more items in the list, you need to pay attention to your body and ask yourself why you have the symptoms you do. I’ve worked very hard for less than two years to get rid of the health problems I had. And now I’m experiencing my Fountain of Youth and enjoying my health as if I was a teenager. I will now share my story with you and tell you how I did it.

THAI BUILT-IN: The app comes with everything you need to read and type English, Thai Script and Thai Sound.  There's no need to purchase third-party keyboards or "Thai Enabler" software.  Use our custom built-in keyboards or use your favorite third-party keyboard.

CRAFTED FOR THOSE LEARNING THAI:  Unlike typical dictionaries based on low-quality, free internet data meant for Thai natives, our superb dictionary entries are hand-crafted by Paiboon Publishing with your needs in mind: if you're not familiar with the Thai alphabet, you can even look up Thai words by their sound using an easy-to-read pronunciation guide system (12 popular systems are supported). Hear somebody say "sanuk?" Type "s-a-n-u-k" to find out what it means. All Thai words in every section are written using both Thai Script and your chosen pronunciation guide system(s).  Unlike dictionaries meant for Thais, we list crucial Thai classifiers for more than 15,000 noun entries, we notate syllable stress, and we clarify subtle shades of meaning and formality using English explanations.

USEFUL VOCABULARY:  Whether you are visiting Thailand for a short while or living there, you will find most of the vocabulary used in everyday life, including basic medical, cultural, political and scientific terms. 150,000+ bold entries: more than five times as many as Paiboon Publishing's 2009 printed volume.  Plus, over and above the 150,000 figure, we now include more than 28,000 place name entries which help you to pinpoint geographical locations in Thailand.

FIND WORDS INSIDE:  Touch any Thai word to see all the other dictionary words contained inside it. This fun and innovative feature is great for learning how complex ideas are expressed in Thai, and learning new words too!

INTRODUCTION TO THAI INCLUDED:  More than just a dictionary, our software includes a comprehensive, interactive introduction to the Thai language, including a "Speaking and Understanding" section with clickable sounds, and a "Reading and Writing" section with all the consonants and vowels in multiple, real-world fonts.

LEARN REAL-WORLD THAI SCRIPT:  You've probably noticed that the Thai letters appearing on signs and menus in Thailand often look nothing like those in textbooks. Touch any Thai word to see it written in a set of real-world fonts that you are likely to see on signs, menus, documents, and even in Thai handwriting.

EXPLAIN SPELLING:  With our ground-breaking "Explain Spelling" feature, you can touch any Thai word and call up a visual explanation of its Thai Script spelling that shows you how the vowels and consonants of each syllable fit together, and how to determine each syllable's tone.  Nothing like this has ever appeared in any dictionary software on any platform.
